To apply for a commercial encroachment permit, please complete the LA County Road Permit Application found below:

Please submit the application with two (2) copies of the construction plans to the City's Public Works Department located at 15515 Phoebe Avenue, La Mirada, CA 90638. 

Please note electronic submissions will not be accepted at this time.

Staff will approve the plans and will contact you when they are available for pick-up.  The approved application will then be submitted by applicant to LA County via their Online Portal, EPIC-LA.  LA County will issue and inspect the job.  County fees can be found here:

Please note a separate traffic control plan will not be accepted, however, the construction plans must note that all traffic control must be per CAMUTCD.
