The Administrative Services Department manages the City’s human resources functions, risk management function, information technology function and is the the centralized financial function for the City and the Successor Agency. 

Human Resources function includes employee evaluations, and overseeing the City’s compensation and benefits program.  Finance function manages the City and Agency’s investment portfolio, coordinates the preparation of the annual budget and Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), and administers the business license, accounts payable, and payroll activities.  The risk management function administers the City’s general liability and workers compensation insurance.  Information Technology function oversees the City’s wide area network.
