Background: The flat roof portion of the City Hall roof has had many repairs over the past ten years.  Leaks persist that originate within the sloped tile roof area.  This issue indicated the roofing paper under the roofing tiles required replacement.  The current state of the roof necessitated complete replacement.

Work

The project included removal and replacement of existing roof underlayment and roof tiles with in-kind materials.  The project also included repair or replacement of damaged wood and installation of a new gutter insert.
