Registration for winter recreation classes, sports, and camps offered by the City of La Mirada begins Tuesday, November 13 at 7:30 a.m. La Mirada Community Services offers hundreds of classes quarterly. Residents of all ages are encouraged to sign up as there are classes offered for all. The City provides a wide variety of classes and sports to appeal to every interest.

Recreational youth sports offered for the winter season includes Basketball and Futsal (Indoor Soccer). Children ages 5 to 17 are encouraged to participate. Practice begins the week of January 7, 2019. Registration for youth sports ends on Monday, December 10. If space is available, late registration will begin on Tuesday, December 11.
